WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13th 2008
The Grand Opening show "RabbitHoles" will launch 12 editions of breakthrough artwork by 10 renowned industry artists.
The pieces are printed in the amazing form of RabbitHoles state-of-the-art digital motion holograms, which display 1280 frames of full-color, 3D imagery with up to seven seconds of fluid and seamless animation on a completely flat surface.

Man I would love 2 c how the y put those together firsthand up close step by step so I could pull that effect off with my own 3D stuff:eek:

Fascinating, I'm trying really hard to keep up with all the new stuff coming out, but I honestly am so busy with my own personal art development, that I don't see how other people can learn and do so much so quick, I love the holographic rabbit holes, Taron will do very well with this medium.

I think its plain Geometry.
The gnomon is the part of a sundial which casts the shadow. Gnomon is an ancient Greek word meaning "indicator", "one who discerns," or "that which reveals." In the northern hemisphere, the shadow-casting edge is normally oriented so that it points north and is parallel to the rotation axis of the Earth.
