Ok well what Im trying to ask if anyone out there knows of any rock alternative websites where you can share some of the music your band makes and promote your band.
Something like that but not a forum or myspace or anything.
Please NOT MYSPACE
My Drum teacher got on this one website I forgot what it was called but it showed some of the music his band played and stuff.
So if anyone knows of a place or a place at least similar please,
i need your help.

I think Facebook now and Youtube are very good places but you have to balance up a lot of online promotion with a lot of offline promotion. Having a personal website is a good, central point to showcase your music (like art) and driving people to the site on and offline is tricky, but so damn important.

I think you tube and face book are best options to promote your website....that YouTube is the place where you can find the new talent and the latest music.

I think facebook and youtube are good options but you should have to promote your music offline as well.With musicians atlas you sell your music more successfully.

There are so many sites who help the musicians to promote there music. There are so many band promoters online, even few of them also promotes the unregistered bands.
