Webpage view Problem....?

i have a problem on both mozilla firefox and internet explorer
the prob is everything in the page like yahoo or yahoo answers is line by line...

Buddy, like you I have the same problem here. I thought its because of IE8 Beta Browser but the same problem occurs in almost all browser. I thought its my ISP issues as they sometime CACHE the website we visits but, 'no'.

it may be because your system is not properly configured.

Try google chrome, so far it's not giving me problems

Not sure what the bug is, but reinstalling would probably help if you can, make sure you back up your bookmarks/favorites.
