Hi all,

So its that time of year, and our favorite holiday approaches fast!

October theme is... Halloween!

Ghosts, Ghouls, Haunted Houses, Trick or Treating, pumpkins, werewolves, vampires... all fair game in this month's contest!

It was about 15"x23", maybe take off an inch before it had a border around it. Took me a few days, maybe 9-10 hours a day. Lol x.x

Well the first thing that came to mind was "Pumpkins"!
So this is my entry for the Halloween Competition I call it the "March of the Harvest" which is basically creatures of different sorts and sizes spawned out of the fields and they march through like a huge Plague leaving behind chaos and despair........:(

Hey guys,
Great job on these entries. This is mine, I used pen and construction paper with color. I went with the Trick-or-Treat and Monster theme. I would really like to hear any critique or comment that anyone has.

So, I totally forgot that I did this little drawing at the beginning of the month for this contest and did not scan it. Now I found it again in my sketchbook :)
It is one monster which just put on its man-mask to trick or treat in the neighbor-hood. It already got some eyes and fingers and other good stuff :)

well here it is... i just watched that movie the strangers and that kinda gave me inspiration for this those masks were pretty creepy so..whateva i kicked around a ton of ideas like pumpkins, vampires, michael meyers, freddy krueger, and jason but this one really stuck

This is done for a contest entitles Halloween. I thought of a vampire hunter becoming a monster himself. His soul has become twisted and he displays his victims heads on hooks attached to chains as trophies. He has stitched his mouth shut to demonstrate his hatred for those who suck on blood. He has become twisted himself.

I wish the picture had turned out better I was working on some Crayola Floor Paper. I had my wife buy some bigger paper at Target. I though I would hate it, but it has this really cool glossy finish to it that really worked well with pencils.
