Daniel Lugg is very experienced in the world of music.From a young age, Daniel played for various bands in various genres ranging from brass to rock, the latter becoming one of his personal favourites. Learning the trumpet from age 9, he also plays the keyboard, guitar and bass. His passion for folk music inspired him to create his first album, the self-titled ‘Daniel Lugg’, which was released in July 2008. The album mixes folk, blues, a cappella, guitar effects and rock. His major influences are Simon and Garfunkel, Nick Drake and Radiohead. Lyrically, the album focuses on relationships, paranoia, nightlife and british sub-cultures.
